TESTIMONIALS
Rohlfing and his lead foremen Jeff Kneemiller really took ownership of the project, especially during the 24-hour period when the tie-ins were made to the existing plant. This was completed in the middle of the night when treatment flows were lowest, 2 hours ahead of schedule. This gave the plant a few additional hours to troubleshoot any issues between the interface between the old and new sections of the plants.

MSD Missouri River Treatment Plant
Rod Kadera (GMC’s superintendent) and his crew diligently worked with MSD’s operations when interfacing with their existing odor control system and various ductile iron pipe tie-ins to reduce plant down time and potential effluent discharges due to lack of capacity when introducing the new equipment.

MSD Grand Glaize Treatment Plant
I have enjoyed the benefit of Gross Mechanical’s expertise and quality workmanship on many difficult projects that I have managed over the past twenty years. Many jobs are completed on rigid schedules established by plant operations, many times with very crucial around-the-clock schedules to minimize any disruption to operations. They do an outstanding job of ensuring that projects are done on time and on budget and without complications. At times under adverse conditions, going the extra mile providing quality work and being responsive to the needs of our plant.

Your company recently completed a project at the Grand Tower Power Station. The project was a system of elevated bridges that spanned the old portion of the power plant ending at the Heat Recovery Steam Generators and a span from one Heat Recovery Generator to the other. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no extra work orders required. There were no injuries.
